Client(s) Tata Technologies, Inc.

Jones Day acted as English counsel to Tata Technologies, Inc., a subsidiary of Tata Sons Ltd., in relation to a US$25 million facility to be granted to it by Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited, Singapore Branch, and guaranteed by Tata Technologies Limited to be used to refinance an existing loan.
