Jones Day represented Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan, Inc., the world's largest integrated fertilizer and related industrial and feed products company, in connection with its issuance of $500 million of 3.75% Notes due September 30, 2015 and $500 million of 4.875% Notes due March 30, 2020 in a public offering, underwritten by BofA Merrill Lynch, HSBC, and RBC Capital Markets.
