Arturo de la Parra enfoca su práctica en transacciones de préstamos transfronterizos y locales relacionados con infraestructura, con un particular énfasis en el sector de energía renovable. Además, tiene experiencia importante en la estructuración de operaciones de financiamiento consideradas fuera del balance, y en la emisión de bonos verdes bajo la regla 144A.

Arturo tiene experiencia relevante representando a compañías Mexicanas y extranjeras en transacciones locales y transfronterizas relacionadas con fusiones y adquisiciones, inversiones de capital privado (private equity), joint ventures y reestructuras.

Adicionalmente, Arturo ha asesorado a compañías privadas y a entidades gubernamentales en México, en la estructuración, negociación y ejecución de licitaciones públicas relacionadas con el desarrollo de infraestructura.

Arturo asesoró al Gobierno Federal mexicano en el financiamiento y desarrollo del Nuevo Aeropuerto Internacional de Ciudad de México, incluyendo la emisión de bonos verdes por US$6 mil millones (emisión más grande en Latinoamérica), y en la emisión de una Fibra E en la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores por un monto de MXN$30 mil millones (emisión más grande en México).

Antes de unirse a Jones Day en 2013, Arturo formó parte de una firma internacional en la ciudad de Nueva York en los Estados Unidos, en la cual representó a diversos clientes de Latinoamérica, en operaciones de financiamiento, así como emisión de deuda y acciones en mercados locales e internacionales.

Arturo ha participado como profesor titular de la materia de Derecho Administrativo en la Universidad Iberoamericana.
