Jones Day is defending TechTeam Global, Inc. and the majority of its former directors in a putative shareholder class action. The plaintiffs allege breaches of fiduciary duties and aiding and abetting of those breaches in connection with the company's December 2010 acquisition by Stefanini International Holdings Ltd. through a tender offer and short-form merger.
