Jones Day advised Seventure Partners, a lead investor in Tradoria GmbH, as well as DuMont Venture Holding, in connection with the sale of an 80% stake in Tradoria, an e-commerce company that specializes in web shop solutions for small and medium sized online retailers, to Rakuten, Japan's largest and public internet service company.
