Client(s) Sentosa Capital Pte. Ltd.

Jones Day acted as international counsel on behalf of Sentosa Capital Pte. Ltd. in the formation of Sentosa Asian Credit Fund Limited, a US$40 million fund focusing on the Asian credit markets. The fund will be managed by Sentosa Capital Pte. Ltd. whose principals are former bankers who started Standard Chartered PLC's fixed income and capital markets businesses.
