Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with its sale of The Hudson-Sharp Machine Company, a manufacturer of plastic bag making machinery, pouch making equipment, and reclosable packaging solutions, to Thiele Technologies, Inc., a provider of high-speed packaging automation solutions and a subsidiary of Barry-Wehmiller Companies, Inc.
