Client(s) NRP Group LLC, The

Jones Day represented an affiliate of The NRP Group LLC in negotiating a joint venture agreement with an affiliate of Ares Management LLC in connection with the development of the Cresta Bella Apartments Project in San Antonio, Texas, and represented a subsidiary of the joint venture in obtaining a $23,372,020 mortgage loan in connection with the construction and development of that project.
