Jones Day advised MedStar Health in its acquisition of the 27-cardiologist practice of Cardiology Associates. Cardiology Associates will continue providing cardiology and vascular surgery services in support of MedStar Health and Cardiology Associates' six locations across the Washington, D.C. and Maryland areas.
