IDEM defends copyright infringement claims over printing plates

Jones Day successfully represented the IDEM company (a lithograph printing company, which has notably printed lithographs by Matisse, Picasso and Giacometti) formerly known as Imprimerie Mourlot, in a copyright litigation against the Giacometti Foundation which claims ownership over several zinc plates used in the lithographic process of Giacometti's works.
