Jones Day represented Gould Electronics, one of two potentially responsible parties other than ASARCO, in ASARCO's chapter 11 environmental estimation trial of its liability at a site in Omaha, Nebraska in which the United States EPA asserted that the environmental liability exceeded $400 million.
