Client(s) Duchossois Industries, Inc.

Jones Day assisted DCAP Real Estate LLC, a subsidiary of Duchossois Industries, Inc., with the acquisition of, and negotiation of mortgage loan used to purchase, a 10-acre parcel of land in Richardson, Texas (a suburb of Dallas), which is the headquarters of, and is leased to, AMX LLC, another Duchossois subsidiary. The purchase was financed by a mortgage loan from Bank of America.
