Jones Day provides general representation of several entities representing the interests of wine or spirit producers and merchants as the BNIC (Bureau National Interprofessionnel du Cognac), the CVIB (Comite des Vins de Bourgogne) and the CIVC (Comite Interprofessionnel du Vin de Champagne) in relation to the protection of the appellations of origin or geographical indications of which they are in charge and assist same in subsequent litigation or opposition proceedings before national or European institutions.
