Jones Day advised FPG Holding Company, a portfolio company of Blue Point Capital Partners, in connection with its sale of certain assets of Floral Plant Growers, LLC, a greenhouse grower and wholesaler of plants and floral products, to Blue Ridge Growers, Inc., an online directory of farms and nurseries.
