Jones Day represented American Commercial Lines LLC in connection with successful collective bargaining negotiations with International Union, United Mineworkers of America, AFL-CIO ("UMW") District 12, Local 2452.

Jones Day also represented the company in connection with unfair labor practice Case Nos. 14-CA-29201, 14-CA-29271, 14-CA-29312 alleging that the company acted unlawfully by failing to provide information during negotiations, unlawfully discharging an employee, and prematurely declaring impasse.
