ACS defends "ALCOLOCK" trademark and strengthens portfolio

Client(s) Alcohol Countermeasure Systems Corp.

Jones Day is assisting the Canadian ACS company, manufacturer and distributor of vehicle alcohol interlock devices, in various trademark infringement claims and related issues. The Firm also assists the company, together with the public law department, in regulatory and lobbying issues and in setting in place a program to prevent the "ALCOLOCK" trademark from becoming generic.
