Financial institutions complete benchmark €750 million Bonds by CFB (Communauté française de Belgique)

Jones Day assisted the financial institutions in connection with the issuance of benchmark €750 million 4.15% Bonds due 22 June 2041 (the “Bonds”) under its €14 billion EMTN Programme by CFB (Communauté française de Belgique), a federated entity of the Kingdom of Belgium. The proceeds of the Bonds will be used to finance new eligible green and/or social expenditures (“Eligible Expenditures”) and/or to refinance existing Eligible Expenditures. The Bonds are listed on Euronext Brussels (regulated market).
