UniCredit S.p.A. extends term of facilities agreement

Jones Day assisted UniCredit S.p.A. in connection with an amendment agreement to a multi-borrowers facilities agreement between UniCredit S.p.A., as lender, and three special purpose vehicles controlled by Marathon Asset Management LP, namely Investimenti Commerciali Viterbo S.r.l., Fital S.r.l., and Pratoinvestimenti S.r.l., as borrowers, in order to substantially extend the term of the facilities agreement for around four years and implement certain amendments arising in connection with such extension.
