illimity Bank completes securitisation of rental receivables

Client(s) illimity Bank SpA

Jones Day advised illimity Bank S.p.A., as arranger and senior investor, in the context of a securitisation transaction implemented though the granting by the securitisation vehicle of a limited recourse loan in favor of the originator (Domorental S.r.l.) being secured by a segregated estate (patrimonio destinato) comprising (i) various portfolios of rental receivables originated by the originator, (ii) rental agreements executed by the originator and its clients and (iii) certain assets being the subject matter of the rental agreements.
