UniCredit amends existing €27 million facility agreement with Da Vinci S.r.l.

Jones Day assisted UniCredit S.p.A., as lender, in the drafting, negotiation, and execution of the finance documents related to the amendment to the existing €27 million facility agreement with Da Vinci S.r.l., aimed inter alia at extending the final maturity date and implementing a debt yield ongoing financial ratio. In addition, drafted the deeds necessary to confirm and extend the existing securities.
