Invesco acquires Milan real estate asset

Client(s) Invesco Ltd.

Jones Day advised Invesco in the acquisition of a real estate asset, located at Via Deruta in Milan, sold by COIMA SIINQ I. The complex is composed of two buildings, with seven and eight floors above ground respectively, with a total surface of approximately 13,000 sq. m. The two buildings will undergo a total redevelopment in line with the highest ESG standards.
