Jones Day advised Sanofi in the sale of a portfolio of pharmaceutical products to Cheplapharm Arzneimittel GmbH, a German privately-owned company headquartered in Greifswald, Germany. The divested portfolio includes brands CALCORT®, CORTANCYL®, FLANTADIN®, HYDROCORTANCYL®, OTODEX®, SOFRACORT®, SOFRAMYCIN®, and SOLUPRED®.
