Intesa Sanpaolo acts as arranger and senior investor on new securitization of salary secured loans granted by Dynamica Retail

Client(s) Intesa Sanpaolo

Jones Day assisted Intesa Sanpaolo, as arranger and (through its conduit platform) senior investor, on the new securitization of salary secured loans (so-called "CQS" loans) granted by Dynamica Retail to its customers. The securitization was implemented through the issuance - by the special purpose vehicle named “Rainbow SPV" - of three classes of notes, in accordance with Law 130/1999. The notes have a "partly paid" structure.
