Jones Day advised Hedge Invest SGR S.p.A., Incanto SGR S.p.A., and Banco di Credito P. Azzoaglio S.p.A. in connection with the structuring and implementation of a securitisation transaction entailing (i) the acquisition of a pool of NPLs sold by Leone SPV S.r.l. and originated by various Italian banks by a newly established Italian securitisation vehicle pursuant to Law 130/1999 and (ii) the issuance of two classes of partly paid asset backed notes (senior and junior).
