Société Générale acts as arranger on new securitization of loans issued by ViViBanca for €335 million

Jones Day advised Société Générale, as arranger, in the new securitization of receivables deriving from loans secured on one-fifth of salaries or pensions originated by ViViBanca for a value of approximately €335 million. The transaction was structured according to the criteria for "simple, transparent, and standardized" securitizations (STS) and designated by ViViBanca as an STS by means of notification to Esma. The PCS acted as third party verifier. (Eridano III Securitisation)
