Jones Day assisted a leading American packaging company with the implementation and update of its anti-corruption program to meet the Sapin II Law requirements. The Firm's work included drafting, implementing and updating the company's anti-corruption compliance program (risk map, due diligence to evaluate third parties, first-tier suppliers and customers) and providing recommendations regarding specific policies and controls to improve existing practices and collect whistleblowers' alerts.
