Jones Day represented Blue Sea Capital LLC in connection with the acquisition by portfolio company RESA Power, LLC, a market leader in power systems electrical testing, transformer services and life extension solutions for power distribution equipment, of substantially all of the assets of Crews Electrical Testing Inc., which specializes in predictive and preventative electrical testing services and systems analysis for switchgear, transformers, and substations.
