Jones Day advised Alternative Capital Partners SGR SpA in connection with the structuring of an innovative transaction involving the establishment of a securitization platform for the purchase of trade receivables originated by various companies established under Italian law. The transaction has been completed with the issuance, by the securitization vehicle “SMAC SPV 1 S.r.l.”, of asset-backed securities with “partly-paid” structure which have been entirely subscribed for by the “SMAC Fund” managed by Alternative Capital Partners.
