Jones Day advised Tristan Capital Partners LLP on the negotiation, drafting, and finalization of the amendment to the Credit Agreement and the related finance documents. The amendment was aimed at implementing inter alia certain sustainability requirements related to the energy performance of the Property in compliance with the Green Loan Principles issued by the Loan Market Association as at February 2021.
