Jones Day represented Zenith Service S.p.A. in connection with the implementation of a LeaseCo's scheme pursuant to article 7.1, paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Italian Securitization Law in the context of an Italian securitization transaction entailing the acquisition of certain monetary claims arising from two terminated financial leasing agreements.
