Jones Day assisted Intesa Sanpaolo, as arranger and (through its conduit platform) also as senior investor, as well as the other mezzanine and junior institutional investors, in the new securitization of loans deriving from personal loans secured on one-fifth of a salary/pension (c.d. "CQS") issued by Dynamica Retail, for a total amount of up to approximately €200 million.
