Jones Day advised Banca Sistema S.p.A. and Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, as co-arrangers, in the third CQS securitization of Banca Sistema. In particular, in the context of the transaction, Quinto Sistema Sec. 2019, a special purpose vehicle established pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions set forth under Italian law 130/99, issued three classes of asset-backed securities (ABS) with a partly paid structure, having an initial principal amount of approximately €152 million, which may be increased up to €780 million during the ramp-up period.
