Jones Day provided legal advice to a syndicate of lenders formed by BBVA and Bankia (currently, Caixabank) in connection with the acquisition financing by ProA Capital of the Spanish company IPD, a leading company of compatible prosthetic abutments for dental implants in the Spanish and European markets.
