Jones Day represented Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as administrative agent, in connection with a $300 million syndicated credit facility provided to a large privately held homebuilder along the east coast. The homebuilder will use proceeds of the facility to finance the development and construction of single family homes and working capital needs.
