After successfully removing the action to federal court, Jones Day engaged in limited strategic discovery to demonstrate the plaintiffs' were individualized, overstated, and unsupported. Jones Day then leveraged this discovery to resolve the matter on an individual basis, and the action was subsequently dismissed.
