Jones Day represented Melitalink Limited, the holding company of Melita Limited, one of the main Maltese telecommunication operators, in connection with the refinancing of the second lien debt of Melitalink Limited, by way of an increase of the first lien debt of the Melita group for a total amount of €40 million.
