Jones Day represented Actinver and Punto Casa de Bolsa, as placement agents, in connection with the MXN$15 billion (US$811 million) dual program of debt securities (CEBURES) issued by Grupo Elektra, S.A.B. de C.V., a Mexican financial services and retail holding company, and the first long term issuance for MXN$5.5 billion (US$297 million).
