Jones Day represented a syndicate of banks consisting of ING Belgium NV/SA and KBC Bank NV in connection with a credit facility provided to AAC Capital, a Benelux private equity firm, to finance the acquisition of a majority stake in Savaco, a Belgian IT-service provider.
