Jones Day advised Deutsche Equities India Private Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, and IDFC Securities Limited, as placement agents, in connection with the Government of India's (GOI) US$111 million (INR 7 billion) Offer for Sale (OFS) of Equity Shares of NLC India Limited (NLC), an Indian state-owned mining and power generation company. The transaction represented a divestment of 5% of the GOI's equity stake in NLC and was more than two times oversubscribed.
