Jones Day represented Stratumn SAS, a leading provider of network solutions securing processes between enterprises and their stakeholders through blockchain technology and advanced cryptography, in connection with its issuance of €7 million of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock in a private placement to Open CNP, the Corporate Venture arm of CNP Assurances, Otium Venture, Nasdaq, and Digital Currency Group.
