Banca Sistema and Banca IMI act as co-arrangers in new securitization of receivables

Jones Day advised Banca Sistema S.p.A. and Banca IMI S.p.A., as co-arrangers, in connection with a new securitization of receivables deriving from loans assisted by assignment of one fifth of the salary or delegation of payment. The transaction was carried out under Law 130/99 SPV, Quinto Sistema Sec. 2017 S.r.l., four classes of asset-backed securities with partly paid structure.
