Pharmaceutical company obtains Bruges Labor Court confirmation that employee was terminated for cause

Client(s) Pharmaceutical company

Jones Day successfully represented a pharmaceutical company in a court procedure following the termination of an employment contract for cause. The former employee was terminated for performing additional professional activities (unrelated to his actual function with client) during his working hours. The Bruges Labor Court confirmed and acknowledged that employee was terminated for cause.
