Natixis provides LBO to Italian Bidco for acquisition of Italian Target owning prime mixed-use real estate asset in Milan and subsequent merger

Jones Day advised Natixis in connection with a leveraged buyout granted to an Italian Bidco, owned in JV by Thor Equities and Invesco, for the acquisition of an Italian Target owning a prime mixed-use real estate asset located in Milan, Via Della Spiga 26, (ii) subsequent merger of the Bidco into the Target (MergeCo), and (iii) the contribution and assignment by the MergeCo to an Italian alternative real estate investment fund, still owned in JV by Thor Equities and Invesco, of such asset and the leveraged buyout financing.
