Jones Day represented DNB Bank ASA and Banque CIC Est, as revolving facility lenders, in connection with the acquisition of Telemar Group, an Italian group of companies notably specialized in the communication and navigation equipment maintenance, by Marlink group. The acquisition was financed by additional equity invested by funds managed by Apax Partners and additional unitranche financing.
