Dominion Resources submits comments in FERC proceeding concerning proposed revisions to PJM’s regional capacity market

Jones Day represented Dominion Resources Services, Inc., one of the country’s largest utilities, in a FERC proceeding concerning PJM's proposal for implementation of Capacity Performance Product ("CPP") in the PJM regional capacity market. The PJM capacity market is the core element of PJM’s market design and is intended to encourage new investment, retain existing generation resources, and ensure system reliability. Working closely with Dominion’s in-house legal team and senior company executives, Jones Day prepared and submitted detailed pleadings arguing for targeted revisions to PJM’s proposal.
