Jones Day represented Natixis S.A., Milan Branch and ING Bank N.V., Milan Branch in a €60 million (US$67 million) amendment to an existing long-term agreement and the confirmation and extension of the existing securities in connection with the acquisition of the Da Vinci Retail Park, a shopping center located near Rome.
