Riverside acquires Prism Engineering

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with add-on acquisition and related financing to the Fisher Unitech platform of Prism Engineering LLC, a value-added reseller of 3D and CAD modelling software, 3D printing hardware and related products, services, and training. The financing consisted of an incremental term loan through an amendment to an existing credit facility.
