Jones Day represented Hi Inov and Emertec Gestion in connection with its purchase of €2 million (US$2.24 million) of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock in a private placement by Deepki, a French company developing and operating a SaaS solution which allows users to identify energy savings with respect to their real estate assets.
