Jones Day represented Baxter International Inc. in connection with its purchase of Series C Convertible Preferred Stock in a private placement by Kit Check, Inc., an automated hospital pharmacy kit processing and medication tracking software. Co-investors included Kaiser Permanente Ventures, Rex Health Ventures, New Leaf Venture Partners, Easton Capital Investment Group, Circuit Health, LionBird, Sands Capital Ventures, and Black Granite Capital.
