Jones Day represented RiverRock European Capital Partners LLP in connection with the establishment of its Italian branch, the structuring and setting up of an Italian alternative debt investment fund to be managed by RiverRock European Capital Partners through its Italian branch and the related negotiation with Fondo Italiano d'Investimento (FII) and European Investment Fund (EIF) as seed investors in the fund.
